A wellbeing program that forges happier teams
Well, we know that tracking wellbeing in a large group of people can be a vague and difficult concept to execute. So, we decided to make it easy - in a big way.
A passionate team committed to helping your people thrive.
With years of experience in wellbeing programs, our team recognised that our vision to help people flourish was part of a much bigger picture.
Armed with purpose and passion, we set about bringing our wellbeing system and program to everybody - from schools, to organisations and communities.
Our system starts with a simple evidence based survey. Each individual will be prompted to fill in their survey – and it only takes a minute! We know how important it is to employ simplicity, and that’s why we only ask the right questions.
Once they have submitted their surveys, you can open your state-of-the-art reporting system. Here, you’ll be able to view the statistics of your users. Viewing trends, identifying issues, and analysing the data is made easy with our powerful platform.
But we don’t stop there – our purpose is not just to identify and track wellbeing, it’s to optimise it.
We offer strategies, and meaningful support and real tangible steps to promote wellbeing. We know that through individual wellbeing checks, we have the ability to generate real societal change.
We’re here to disrupt the misconceptions about mental health, and advocate for early intervention strategies that really make a difference.
Everyone! Every single person, school, organisation and even broader society in general will benefit.
An evidence based approach means the conscientious use of best practices available in positive psychology. We have constantly looked at new and existing research and studies to evaluate our practice based findings.
Reach out to purchase through us directly. We will then provide directions for payment, and next steps.
Our program includes 'how to' guides which will help you navigate through the setup process, and use the system ongoing.
This research and our wellbeing scales are based off positive psychology and the leading researchers in this field. These researchers include but are not limited to Keyes, Huppert & So, Diener et al. and Seligman et al.
Here at Forge Wellbeing we are gearing up to celebrate World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2020 and are reaching out to all of our subscribing schools to encourage you to utilise our survey tools at your disposal, discover trends and have a conversation.

Craig Warner - Jasper Road Public School
Wellbeing is a vital component to ensure a happy, healthy and positive school culture and Forge Wellbeing has been an instrumental tool in supporting this. Through the data that Forge presents, we have been able to identify students and target further support as necessary across 8 key areas. The Forge team are passionate about wellbeing and have been a breeze to work with. I am thankful for their input into our wellbeing program.
